Helping Local Churches Build Ministry That Lasts
CCC Children’s Ministries exists to support and equip local churches as they help children develop a lifelong relationship with Jesus.
We believe strong children’s ministry grows from strong local leaders. That’s why our role isn’t to create ministry for churches, but to come alongside them with training, resources, funding, and opportunities that help leaders build ministry for their own children and communities.
Every church is different. Our goal is to provide practical support that leaders can adapt, grow, and make their own.

MEET THE DIRECTOR
A Heart for Children. A Passion for Equipping Leaders.
Lisa Plasencia serves as Director of Children’s Ministries & Sabbath School for the Central California Conference, supporting leaders and churches as they create places where children can know Jesus, grow in faith, and belong.
With more than 30 years of experience in children’s ministry, Lisa brings together ministry experience, communication, teaching, and leadership development to help churches turn good ideas into ministry that works in their own setting.
Her heart is to encourage leaders, provide practical tools, and help churches build strong ministry teams so that children’s ministry doesn’t depend on one person doing everything. Because when leaders are equipped and supported, ministry has room to grow.
